Henkel Loctite 411 Adhesive is a one-component, rubber-toughened cyanoacrylate that overcomes the brittleness of conventional instant adhesives. Bonds fixture in seconds yet remain tough, with good resistance to peel, impact and vibration, making it ideal for rubber and plastic parts operating under dynamic loads.

Clean surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry completely. Apply just enough adhesive to one surface, then press the two parts together and hold still until fixtured. Excess adhesive can cause white blooming from monomer evaporation; ensure good ventilation around the bond. Low surface energy materials such as PP and PE require a dedicated primer; for larger gaps, an activator can be used to speed up curing.
CA adhesives cure with moisture: in dry seasons, low workshop humidity will make fixture times noticeably longer than the nominal specification.
